All Serpentin Studio orders ship worldwide via FedEx. Exact shipping
costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Free shipping on orders over CHF 50.

European Union, United Kingdom & Norway
From CHF 24.90 — FedEx International Economy · 2–4 business days
Free shipping on orders over CHF 200.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan & Singapore
From CHF 39.90 — FedEx International Economy · 3–6 business days
Free shipping on orders over CHF 200.

Rest of World
From CHF 54.90 — FedEx International Priority · 4–8 business days

Packaging
All orders are packed in FedEx standard boxes. Each notebook is
individually wrapped in branded tissue paper. For orders of two or more
notebooks, a single combined shipment applies — no additional per-item
shipping charge.

Pre-orders
All current orders are pre-orders dispatching in October 2026. You will
receive a shipping confirmation with your FedEx tracking number as soon
as your order leaves our workshop.

Tracking
Every order ships with FedEx tracking, sent to the email address provided
at checkout upon dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may
apply. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient. FedEx invoices
customs fees directly. Serpentin Studio cannot be held responsible for
customs delays.
