Terms of service

These terms govern all purchases made on serpentinstudio.ch. By placing
an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Contracting Party
serpentinstudio.ch is operated by Ideal Tailoring GmbH, trading as
Serpentin Studio.

2. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT (8.1%)
where applicable. We accept TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Payment is collected in full at the time of order.

3. Pre-orders
Orders for pre-order products are binding. Full payment is collected at
the time of order. Estimated dispatch: October 2026. Delays beyond our
reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or
compensation. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch
for a full refund.

4. Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation
email. We reserve the right to decline orders in the event of pricing
errors or suspected fraud; any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss
transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Ideal Tailoring GmbH until full payment
has been received and cleared.

7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the Swiss Code of
Obligations (OR Art. 197 ff.). Warranty period: two years from delivery.
We reserve the right to offer repair or replacement before issuing a
refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. We are not
liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of gross
negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and
applicable Swiss data protection law (DSG/nDSG).

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Nebikon,
Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country
of residence remain unaffected.

11. Amendments
The version of these terms in force at the time of your order applies.
